Home Warning Signs

Don’t tolerate undesirable behaviors; they will diminish relationships.

Relationships work for those who work on them.

If  you are willing to put in the work, I am ready to work with you!

Imagine waking up every morning excited to go to work and then happy to return home to share how the day went.

“Edward, I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say that the Executive Director has been very pleased and upbeat about the work you two are doing together. She, and we, are sure you were the right person at the right time. You are doing a great service to the organization and to the clients we serve.”

About
the Edward Jones

After retiring from a 35-year career as a university administrator and serving in executive roles in non-profit organizations, The Edward Jones became a certified life coach, blogger, podcaster, speaker, and author. Shortly after earning his coaching certification in December 2017, he founded and became CEO of ProDestiny Coaching LLC. Glowing client testimonials describe how he has helped them. His weekly blog, Work Relationships Matter are establishing him as a thought leader. His blogs can be found on his website, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

He started podcasting under the Raven International Media Broadcast banner in September 2021 and has sixty-eight podcasts and counting. The podcasts are repurposed as a radio show WRM (Work Relationships Matter) on PowerMeUp radio on iHeart at 7:30 a.m. PST on Mondays. The purpose of the show is to have guests share their insights and experiences that help listeners in various careers and personal situations.

Edward authored Office Politics the Right Way: 7 Principles to Create Win-Win Relationships in the Workplace, a chapter in Raising the Bar a compilation book, and recently completed Ask The Expert: About Coaching!

Already a member of Toastmasters, he joined the Public Speakers Association (PSA) to do public speaking to share his message as a Life Coach specializing in work relationships, but the pandemic shut down live on-stage opportunities. However, he was able to continue to enhance his speaking skills on Zoom with Toastmasters. Now that pandemic restrictions have been lifted, he is looking to revive his desire to do live on-stage speaking.

After five years of primarily focusing on work relationships, Edward has broadened his practice to include coaching people in long-term committed relationships. The change will help him more effectively help people improve their work-life balance. He is willing and able to help those who are interested in working on their relationships. His motto: “Relationships work for those who work on them.”
